Meet The Chefs
Chefs Ivannoe and Cecilia were inspired to make a change after the birth of their daughter, Ivanna, knowing the high rates of diabetes and high blood pressure in Black and Latino communities and how plant-based diets can help lower these rates. We use influences from our Dominican background, to create healthy, plant-based options without sacrificing tradition and flavor! Coco Verde is our way to share our passion for food, health, and social justice by bringing delicious and healthy food to everyone. Join us on this culinary journey!
